Subject: Ugh
Hey everyone,
An update for updates sake. No one reads this.
College: Applying to aic (art institute of Cali. LA) and it is going good. I want to go there. I don't want to leave here, but college is worth it. I want a good life, and this is my ticket, I think.
Blog Post: over.
Anyway, I will update some time in the future if I feel like it.

Subject: Update for updates sake
Greetings, readers of my blog.
I have lately been working on some 3D stuff to add to my portfolio, because lord knows I need it. Ms.Fitzsimmons is a good teacher once you get used to her. Which is good. Also, the baby squirrel died :(
Anyway, Jenny and I are 1 year and 4 months now, which is awesome. Going great! She is the best friend I could ask for :) Anyway, right now I am reading "Billy Budd" by Herman Melville, which is good, but eye-tiring. Dorian gray was awesome, but the ending came a bit abruptly. Anyway, first quarter in school and guess what?..... well, lets just say I did absolutely...well...ummm.... AWESOME! I got all A's for the first time ever! I was thrilled.
Anyway, that is all,

Subject: I don't know.... Update for updates sake?
Hey every-bahdy!
So, lots has happened... One of my best friends died, which sucks, obviously.
Enough of that though.. Anyway, Jenny and I are a year and One month, which is wicked cool.
Gets better every day :)
School, oh school.... Fun actually, except for Fitzsimmons who "teaches" Earth and Space science. I put that in quotes, in case you hadn't noticed. Meaning she doesn't really. She can't explain anything, and when she tries it makes things worse. Other than that I LOVE this school year.
I am reading "Picture of Dorian Gray" by Oscar Wilde and "The Politics" by Aristotle.... Also we saved 1/4 baby squirrels... The other 3 were killed by Clyde (My cat), and the little squirrel (Dorian "Gray Squirrel", haha) is adorable and it comes to you. It crawled up my leg, which kinda hurt....
Anyway, That is all...

Subject: Only the lonely
Hey there, Grimble-Grumble!
(ha?)
Anyway, My lovely girlfriend of a year tomorrow is away on vacation for 2 weeks and is coming back the 9th (3 days left!) and I miss her like a missing thing you really miss from miss land... So yeah, 1 YEAR! crazy, eh?
I love it, and I love her :)
Anyway, what else have I done since June 29th?
Umm, reading alot... I got a nice record player so I can play all of my Tull records and that one Morrissey one.
Also, I just finished reading "Youth in Revolt" by C.D. Payne, and it was amazing, though I really did despise almost all of the characters except for Wally... Though I did admire Nick's persistence. At any rate, great book, so read it. Along with the Georgia Nicolson series ($7 for the first two at barnes and noble. One of the staff recommends it...) anyway, really, I changed my sites layout, and I hope you like it... or at least don't hate it. I like it... Anyway, I really miss my girlfriend, so I am done writing, ok?
I am off to read book 3 of Georgia Nicolson (knocked out by my nunga-nungas) to cheer me up :)
Yours True-ish-ly.

Subject: Long time no update...
Hey yall tall shawls!,
I don't know either. Anyway, I haven't updated my site lately, and for that I am terribly sorry. School, though, is taking up most of my free time (along with my girlfriend, but I love her, I don't love school).... Anyway, yeah, 8 months starting 2 days ago, which is crazy. Its going amazing too! Never been happier. At any rate, I went to an awesome Morrissey concert a week or 2 back, which was soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo awesome. Morrissey still is kickin' out those awesome vocals and lyrics he is known for. Plus, he is hilarious. Also, I have been listening to some awesome bands lately. One of which, is absolutely crazy. "Of Montreal" is the crazy awesome one, that you probably wouldn't like. I didn't either, but then I listened to it more.
so anyway,
I gotta go finish an English Project (CASB)

Subject: FRIDAY THE 13TH AHH
Hey Men and Women,
Its friday the 13th and my ears are clogged and I am pretty sure that my sinuses are the culprits. It suuuuucks. So anyway, another boring update.. I have been writing and reading alot more lately, and I love it! also, I love my Lovely Girlfriend :). Its going good, over 6 months so far, which is mega crazy!!!!!! I have never been happier, so it is wicked cool... Even if I don't get to nap often anymore (its way more than worth it, though). So anyway, I am going to see Morrissey in march, which I am looking forward to SO MUCH! its gon' be awesome. Also, my newish flute is still SO AWESOME, and I am getting better by the minute... Or I think I am.... so anyway, mega short entry THIS time, but I will leave you with a poem I wrote:
One nation under
God
Isn’t.
Meaning has been
lost,
and so hath religion.
Gods do appeal
to those of weakness,
But crosses and
bibles
Leave the strong
of mind alone.
Indivisible we
may well be,
But tower and
land are not,
Yet, pledge we
may,
To the Gods of
our lives.
To respect our
country
And its fallen
men
Of seasons past.
Past it may be,
And past may God
be,
But not to most,
And not to our
kith
Who feel the
need to repent
and fear.
Fear in thine
beholders eyes.
I feel no need
for such
Silly fears,
Nor silly love of
unknown lovers
In the skies
above our heads.
Though I feel
the want
And the silver
chord that draws me forth,
But I dare not sever,
For it seems to hold my soul.
By Yalls!!!

Subject: Birthday and updates on stuff
Hey guys and gals and cats and dogs and various other animals and persuasions with which I could fill a page in itself,
So, anyway, sorry about the lack of updates and lack of people reading this anyway.... So yeah, since I last updated, it has been 2 months, christmas has gone by and also its cold. I love it! My birthday is in 2 days, which is awesome! Also, I am starting to like pink floyd a little... A LITTLE. so thats kinda almost cool I guess.... Also, I found my old copy of pokemon red, and it is as addicting as ever.... Curse you, japanese game makers! So anyway, I got a new flute, and now I am even better. Its amazing what a good flute can do to ones tone quality... So anyway again, I love drawing, and I should start posting them here.... not today, but sometime, haha........................................................................................... Also, candles are nice. Also, you should read the "ringing cedars" series of books by vladamir megre! they are awesome and mystifying! they hold my attention so much that I struggle to put it down. They aren't available in book stores though, which is a drawback... So anyway, the whole girlfriend thing is still going good... ALMOST 6 months now, which is unbelievable.... So anyway, I don't like the music we play in concert band class much. I mean, its OK, but its way boring. Undynamic too... Also, Morrissey is coming to boston in March (and not MAY as I had thought originally (I hate similar months)) So anyway, I think that pretty much sums up since the November months.... Month........... Anyway, bye!!!!!!!

Subject: I thank thou for giving, because it's thanksgiving!
Hey there,
Long time no type, eh? Oh well... Anyway, things have been going wicked awesome. I didn't get one C on my first report card, and I kinda like my classes. (excluding health, but hey, atleast I know someone in the class. Its usually all freshman. It is me, a senior, 2 sophomores, and 24 freshman. fun stuffs) so anyway, Thanksgiving was today, and now I can't move.. That's always very fun.... (ok, I can move, but not enjoyably).... In other news, British Chocolate is the best, albeit the sweetest. Kinda irritates my throat, but it is oh so worth it. Also, Morrissey is awesome, and the Decemberists (not to be confused with the russian group "the decembrists") are pretty darn good (check out "The Island: come and see/The Landlords Daughter/You'll not feel the drowning", it is awesome, and Tull-esque. It's also 12 minutes long). So anyway, also check out any Morrissey or Smiths album, and any Tull album, and any Feist album (maybe excluding open-season, as it is just remixes and stuff). Anyway, I have been pretty busy lately (Girlfriend, 3D, 2D, school, etc..), so sorry for the lack of useful updates to my website, but are updates to my site EVER useful? I think not.
So anyway, talk to yalls latah!

Subject: School, School everywhere, but not a drop to drink
Sorry for the promiscuous title, but I had to do something creative.... So anyway, school started, and I actually enjoy my classes! Marine biology, history, band, and screenwriting. Screenwriting is my favorite of course, due to the high volume of movies we get to observe daily. Today we watched some of the godfather, and some other movies that I didn't like, haha. We are also coming up with ideas for our own screenplays, which is really fun, but demanding. The hardest part about writing is knowing what to write about, as Syd Field says. So anyway, speaking of which, this has been a short entry, but whatevs. hehe

Subject: Just an update
Hey yalls,
I got back from staying 5 days in Californ-I-A, and it was pretty awesome! We had THE best cupcakes ever (sprinkles cupcakes) and I had 3 amazing hamburgers. (from Houston's, The farm, and Comm sa(spelled wrong)). We hiked a bit too in Runyon canyon, which was fun, albeit hot as heck. Overall it was a great trip, but its even better to be back home. The airport is way to hectic, with the "hurry up and wait" mentality. But oh well, I made it safely home. Also, School starts on the second :( (4 days left of summer.... ewww) Although I do have some nice classes (screen writing, marine biology, etc) and I am looking forward to seeing some people who I haven't seen since summer started. So its not all bad. Also, I learned to play "Griminelli's Lament" by Ian Anderson on the flute! in my opinion it is the most beautiful instrumental ever. I love it..... also, my brother gave me a mac (yeah, but its not bad, haha) I still much prefer PC, but its fun to play around with. So anyway, Thats about all I have to say, so see yalls latah!

Subject: Katahdin and the awful 12 hour hike
Hey homedogs (sorry),
My friend Michael and I got back today from camping in Maine, and it was FUN! we only stayed 2 days, but it was enough after hiking for 12 hours on Katahdin (tallest mountain in Maine). The hike was SUPPOSEDLY only 17 miles. but I think it was atleast 20, because the last stretch (which claimed to be only 3.3 miles) was atleast 5 miles. The fires at midnight (reference to Tull) were the best part, but the hike wasnt bad..... Even if my thighs, back, ankles, and knees now ache like crazy...
Here is a nice picture I took about half way through the hike: (thats my dad on the saddle trail...)

Subject: Tull
Hey guys/gals!
The Jethro Tull concert was amazing! Ian's flute skills seem to just get better and better as the years pass, and his singing is still good too. For someone aged 60 years, he sure can move around that stage! He made some awesome jokes too. Martin Barre (Guitar) did an amazing job too! alot of weird people were there too, in the audience.... Anyway, In other news, I am still working on that simply maya challenge, and its going quite well! (If you do anything with Maya, I suggest you join). So, for every long entry, there is subsequently a shorter one, so I'm just gonna leave now, haha
Oh yeah, Im camping the 9-12th of august in Maine, which should be awesomazing! (yeah, I made that word)

Subject: How time flies when you are reading lovecraft!
Hey everyone,
Sorry for not updating this when I said I would, but who reads this except for pedophiles anyway, right? haha, just kidding..... I hope.... :) Anyway, I have been reading alot of H.P. Lovecraft's work lately, and it is amazing. Dark and smart. He seems like he was an amazing person. Anyway, on August 4th I am going to a JETHRO TULL CONCERT, which should be amazingly amazing. I cant wait. And only a week after it, I am going camping for 3 or 4 days! wooooooooooooo.... This will be a fun month! So anyway, I highly suggest reading "a shadow over innsmouth", it is a short story based in town that was inspired by newburyport, which is awesome. Its soooo creepy, and its by Lovecraft. I have been working alot lately with Tamriel-Rebuilt to texture some instruments for their oblivion mod, and they need all the help they can get, so google it and head on over there if you like the elder scrolls series, and if you can model, texture, write, or use the editor. I am also participating in the Simplymaya challenge right now, (Link) and I have been working on my own mod whenever I can. I really need help, because right now I am a one man team, and the progress is going MUCH too slow. the architect from simply maya was a HUGE help, and he did alot of the writing that is on there right now, and I hope there are some modelers who can help me too..... God knows I need it, haha... Also, I have been playing flute alot lately, and I am getting better and better. I need to work on my fast tonguing so I can play some of the faster parts. I also need to work on fingerings a bit, because I cant go from one to another quick enough sometimes. This was a long blog entry, but I suppose thats a good thing! Anyway, feel free to email me at Andy@joopsontoons.com or AIM me at "Joopson" without the quotes!

Subject: awesome-sauce
Hey guys! The Jethro Tull thing got here today, and its awesome. Also, im completely un-sick now, and its SUMMER VACATION! yeah, i know, its great..... Also, I have been trying to think of something cool to model, but of course i have artists block... Any ideas would be welcome... just AIM me at "Joopson", or email me at Andy@joopsontoons.com, I need all the inspiration i can get. This is also the first blog in which i have done more than 1 entry in, so YAY! even though it doesnt matter, haha. Also, i need some help with that morrowind mod i am making, so if some people who can draw, write, or 3D model can help me, it would be MUCH appreciated.... Also, i have added stuff the the mods page... so feel free to check it out, and maybe even bookmark it, haha. Ok, so thats all!
(BTW, i know this isnt technically a blog, considering no one can comment, but who would anyway? haha)
I will update this again within the next week!

Subject: Better, mostly
Hey yalls, I'm mostly over my sickness as of today, which is AWESOME. Also, i ordered that Jethro Tull 40th anniversary thing, so it should be at my house in 3-8 days! Im psyched. Also, im making a demo reel for some of my better 3D stuff, and it should be good. Is going to include:
1. My character skeletony
2. the quagmire Gifter from Tamriel-Rebuilt
3. All completed blackened Isles models
4. A Piano
5. My shed
6. a robin
7. a storm-drain environment (cool)
8. Chandelier
9. a plant from my house
10. a chest from my house (no, a chest to hold things...)
11. a lamp from my house
So it should be awesome. All of those are gonna be low-poly, because i want to go into the game industry. Also, Im getting ALOT better at playing both "My God" and "Bouree" on the flute! I can play most of the fast stuff, albeit loosely... Also, ONLY 1 DAY OF SCHOOL LEFT! of course we have finals that day, but still..... and i have to remake all of the work i missed by then.........
Oh well, talk ta ya'z lata!

Subject: BLOG!
Hey everyone, I decided to make a blog today. I'm sick.... And I was actually bored enough to make a blog. So anyway, Blackened Isles is goin' good.. I'm getting alot of the models done, which i hope to post up soon, but they don't have textures yet, so don't expect to be amazed ;)... also, as many know, I play the flute. Not just any flute though, its amazing Jethro-Tull-style Flute. I'm learning the song "My God" right now by them, and its goin' great. It's a bit fast, but practice makes perfect right?
Also, A new remastered 40th anniversary addition to Tulls first album came out today. It should be awesome.... I can't wait to get it!
I'll try to post every week, so see you soon!
